Practice Manager (Veterinary Experience )

Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about animal care, and we are now looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the clinic and help continue to grow.

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with their high standards of care. You’ll lead a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff, managing everything from staffing and training to finances and client relations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organized, and people-focused individual with a background in veterinary practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, track clinic finances, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial health while maintaining high standards of care.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding care. Lead performance reviews and create training opportunities.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, efficient patient flow, and smooth administrative processes.
• Ensure the practice adheres to all health and safety regulations, veterinary standards, and relevant legal requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a veterinary setting or a related healthcare field.
