Position: Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist)

Location: St Asaph

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist or Physiotherapist registered with the relevant UK regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Experience in a clinical or community healthcare setting.

Duties:

• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care plans.
• Provide specialist advice on medication and therapy options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
