General Practitioner – Uxbridge

We are working with a well-established and friendly medical practice located in the heart of Uxbridge. Their dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. They are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled General Practitioner (GP) to join their team for 6 sessions per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with practice policies
• Prescribe medications, provide advice, and promote preventative health measures
• Collaborate with practice staff, including nurses, administrative teams, and specialists
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Contribute to the smooth running of the practice and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• GMC registered GP with a valid license to practice
