💷 £60,000 – £65,000 per year (dependent on experience)

📅 Full-time, Part-time or Locum (flexible options available)

Your Role:

•  Providing expert advice on medicines optimisation
•  Supporting clinical decision-making and patient care
•  Conducting medication reviews and audits
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medicines

We’re Looking For:

• A Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
• Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to patient care and medicines management
