Introduction:
We’re seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and support patient wellbeing in a variety of healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatment plans.
  • Provide advice on the use of medicines and potential side effects.
  • Support the implementation of prescribing guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent).
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in a primary or secondary care setting is desirable.
