Clinical Pharmacist Job – Belfast

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Belfast.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for our patients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Reviewing and verifying prescriptions
• Providing medication advice to patients and healthcare professionals
• Monitoring patients’ medication use and identifying potential problems
• Developing and implementing medication management plans
• Contributing to the development and implementation of formulary policies and procedures

You will be

• A registered pharmacist with a minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic
